BOOKING SUMMER 2023
AROUND THE WORLD IN 80 DAYS
A wonderful show for all the family, followed by an interactive workshop for babies, toddlers, grandparents and everyone in between!

Jules Verne’s classic tale is given a modern twist in this colourful acrobatic adventure, sensitively introducing young audiences to environmental issues.

Follow feminist heroine Philly Fogg and her activist friends as our all female-identifying cast venture around the world, riding elephants, rushing through the rainforest and sailing across oceans to learn how to save the planet. On their way, they’ll witness some of the dangers earth faces because of modern travel, the fishing industry, and deforestation as well as the wonders of the natural world. The colourful narrative, bought to life through skilled acrobatics, unfolds together with original music, interactive protests and a celebratory finale. Running time 45 mins.
Following the performance, audience members are able to give into their curiosity and join the cast to play on the big-rig Aerial Playground. People of all ages and abilities can try aerial hoop, hammock and skills on the ladder, with hula hoop, juggling and toys for really little ones.
Workshop running time up to 1 hour.

This tactile piece is aimed in particular at engaging young children, families and those with learning and physical disabilities, and has been performed both indoor and out.
