Ultimate Brekkie Shake
Ever wandered how us Rogues manage to train 40 hours of the week throwing each other around and dangling from the ceiling whilst keeping in tip-top shape? Well, I shall let you in on a secret........breakfast!
Whether you want to lose weight, get ripped or simply train hard you need to eat! And I live by a certain breakfast- be it in liquid form or hard copy....but for the purposes of this post I shall give you the liquid recipe. It will keep you going, give you great energy to train, help you recover quicker and protect your body.
So.......you need a blender for starters and you need a glass, unless you want to be licking it off the sideboard.
1. 1 x banana (skinned of course- I cannot recommend the yellow bits!)
2. 1 x generous amount of pineapple (again skin not recommended!)
3. 1 x cup of porridge oats
4. 5 x tablespoons of natural greek yogurt
5. 2 x generous scoops of your favourite protein
6. 1 x egg white
7. Top up with soya milk
Give it a good blend and gulp down with a smile on your face and warmth in your belly. If you have it in hard form I would recommend granola on the top rather than the porridge oats.
